Getting into DBR can be daunting, even with prior roleplaying experiences. There are a lot of unique concepts that aren't found in other roleplaying platforms, and the answers you seek might not always be in a guide that you can access. And even when there is a guide, sometimes you might just not get it. I understand how you feel, and that's why I'd like to provide the players with a list of people they can get into contact with.
When the game is up and admins are online (which you can check using the 'Admins' verb), you can always send in an Admin Help. But ahelping isn't without it's flaws. Sometimes admins will be preoccupied with other things in game and miss you, and there's definitely a lot of pressure associated with presenting your question to all of the online administrators as a whole.
Here are some Ninja Info Cards I've created of some people in the community that will be able to take your questions in a kind and nonjudgmental fashion.

Blue - Head Admin, my dad

Blue does the thankless job of organizing the game. His word is final, and you can always count on him to have the right answer regarding DBR. If you can obtain something in the game, there's a good chance that he had a hand in balancing it. Unfortunately, this means that he can be very busy which makes him a little unpredictable when it comes to player relations. While he does have the answers you seek, I would not suggest using Blue as a go-to. For his own sanity.
If he does act a bit rude or doesn't get to your message, I ask that you not blame him for it. The dude has a lot on his plate and he's a great friend.
Jesse - Owner, Code Monkey

Jesse knows the code inside out, and she has a very contagious positive attitude. She is a blast to talk with. But if there is one warning I have to give before talking with her, is that I'm sure that she would prefer you find some answers on your own. So, be prepared to have things answered in a cryptic or whimsical fashion that doesn't completely leave you with the answer you were looking for. But I am sure that she will inspire you to do great things.

Hey, I'm Matthew. I want to try my best to make sure everyone is having a good time this wipe, which is why I'm focusing so much of my efforts on player relations. If you need help on anything at all, don't hesitate to drop a message in my DMs. I do not have the same wealth of knowledge and experience that some of the others may have, but I have picked up quite a bit over the years. I can be your go-to and I wouldn't mind.
I'm still attending school and I do sleep, but I will try my best to answer every message eventually. Even if I don't have the answer. Yikes.

Darwin has done it all--- events, adminning, mapping, and coding. He has extensive knowledge about DBR and is a particularly skilled storyteller (in his own words). His weak side is most definitely balance, so questions of those sorts should be avoided. He is good about responding back and is friendly when he isn't flying headfirst through debates.
Adacore - Player, son of Blue
AKA: The King of Heroes

Adacore's played DBR since 2012, and while not the oldest player, he's knowledgeable about most things players have questions on, new and old alike. If you prefer not to talk to an admin about something in fear of bothering them, or just need a general opinion on something, look his way. Nine times out of ten, he'll be more than happy to help.
